As topics like digital merchandise management, intelligent material cabinets, and room access control grow in complexity, the project management demands escalate. To address these challenges, we have collaborated with meetB GmbH and tagItron GmbH to establish Semeta.digital GmbH. This joint venture, where each holds a 33% stake, amalgamates the expertise of all partners in these specialized areas and also undertakes the project planning, ensuring comprehensive and expert handling of these intricate systems.

To align with the evolving demands of modern software development technologies, SEMAsystems Software GmbH has been established as a new center of excellence. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEMAsystems GmbH, it is dedicated to overseeing all aspects of development and IT for Emergency Digital PRO.

To enhance our customer proximity and presence in Northern Germany, we've established a branch office in Siebenbäumen, complementing our headquarters in the Lower Bavarian market town of Schönberg. This expansion aims to provide improved service and accessibility to our clients in the region.
