This is how the RFID device check works
In seven simple steps from the RFID tag to complete documentation in RETTpro®.
Equipment of devices with RFID tags
All relevant devices will be equipped with UHF RFID transponders (on-metal tags).
Deposit of the EPC in the RETTpro® system
The unique EPC codes of the RFID tags are stored in the RETTpro® system and assigned to the devices.
Definition of planned load per vehicle
For each vehicle, the target load is defined – what equipment must be available?
Scan with mobile handheld scanner (UHF)
The employee scans the vehicle with the mobile UHF handheld scanner – all RFID tags are captured in seconds.
Automatic target/actual comparison
The system automatically compares the captured devices with the stored target load.
Display of results in real time
Missing or incorrectly assigned devices are immediately displayed on the mobile device.
Documentation in the RETTpro® Checklist
The inspection result is automatically documented on the RETTpro® checklist – completely and audit-proof.
